Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bites

A Cinnamon Roll Quest Nutrition quest bar.

2 tbsp almond milk

1/4 cup pumpkin (60g)

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp Sweetspreads Cinnamon Roll CoconNutter

2 tbsp chocolate chips (I used Amberlyn sugar-free chocolate squares)

stevia to taste


Melt quest bar in the microwave for 2 minutes in two tbsp of almond milk.

Mix the remaining ingredients except for chocolate.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or just until firm. Let cool.

While that’s cooling, melt your chocolate.

When bites are completely cooled dip them in your melted chocolate and place in fridge or freezer for them to harden.
